Amanda teaches weekly breath-centered, therapeutic yoga in small group settings in Austin, TX. Classes move at a gentle pace and Amanda offers support so that the postures and the practice can be adapted to your therapeutic needs. All classes give time to movement (āsana), breathing practices (prāṇāyāma) and meditation.
